Punjab Public Service Commission PPSC has announced an important news regarding their Provincial Management Services examination for the year of 2024. You have to apply online for this examination. This combined competitive examination will let successful candidates to be on the BS-17 grade scale job title. You can be posted in the provincial management service department. You can either serve in the services and general administration department. 35 posts are announced by this provincial management service department. Open merit seats are 24 in number, disabled quota seats are 0 in number and minority quota seats are 11 in number.

You can be posted on the job title of assistant director as well if you will clear and pass this combined competitive examination. This post is announced by Services and general administration department. 8 posts of excise and taxation officers have also been announced by Excise, taxation and narcotics control department.

Eligibility Details for PMS Combined Competitive Exams 2024 Given by PPSC

Age limit has to be from 21 to 28 years. You should have a Punjab domicile. All male, female and shemale candidates can apply in this combined competitive examination.

Syllabus Details for PMS (Provincial Management Services) Exams 2024 Announced By PPSC

There will be total 6 compulsory subjects. English essay subject carries 100 marks. English precis and comprehension paper carries 100 marks. Urdu precis and comprehension paper also carries 100 marks. Paper of Islamic studies have 100 marks and paper of Pakistan studies and general knowledge paper carries 100, 100 marks each. Total marks of these compulsory subjects are 600 marks.

Then psychological and interview processing stage carries 200 marks.

There will be a negative marking in your objective and MCQs exam paper. If you will attempt any wrong MCQs then 0.50 mark will be deducted.

For optional subjects, you have to choose just 3. This optional subject category carries total 600 marks. You will get questions according to the graduation level. So make sure that you do prepare for this combined competitive examination according to the graduation level. From group A till group G, certain number of subjects are added in these categories. You have to choose just 3 subjects from these categories. Only one subject can be selected from a single subject category. All optional subjects carries 200 marks in them.
