Test Pattern for HEC ETC Law Admission Test LAT 2023

First you will write an essay of 200 words, this essay can be written in English or in Urdu. This essay part is of 15 marks.
Then personal statement questions will come and they carry 10 marks. The answers of these personal statement questions can be given in Urdu or in English.

Then MCQs from the subject of English will come and this section carries 20 marks, you will get prepositions, synonyms as well as antonyms.

You will also get MCQs from the section of general knowledge and this section hold 20 marks.

Pakistan studies portion will come consisting of 10 marks questions in MCQs form. Urdu subject MCQs will come having the weightage of 10 marks. In Urdu portion, only your vocabulary will be marked and checked.

Then MCQs of mathematics subject will come and you will get basic math subject questions carrying 5 marks only.

This test is of total marks 100 and you should get passing marks 50. HEC LAT test date will be announced on official portal of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
